3rd Party File Upload Error Messages
3 tickets under the same notice number can be contested at once online.

Initial Input Edits:

  • **Notes field is present.
  • **Ticket number is not numeric.
  • **Owner name or company name is required.
  • **Valid Driver's License Number and State are required.
  • **Invalid Driver's License Number and/or State.
  • **Address is required.
  • **City is required.
  • **The state abbreviation entered was unrecognized.
  • **Zip code is not numeric.
  • **Lessor is required.

Ticket validations:

  • **Ticket not found.
  • **Ticket is on a payment plan.
  • **Lessor is not blank.
  • **Hearing dispo/reason is not blank.
  • **Violation notice sent over 60 days ago.
  • **Ticket is not valid for update. Ticket Queue is XYZ

Having issues uploading a file?

How do I check size of file before uploading?
You may upload a file upto 5MB in size. To check the file size before uploading, right click on file and select properties. The file size must be less than 5242880 bytes.
