3rd Party File Upload Error Messages
3 tickets under the same notice number can be contested at once online.
Initial Input Edits:
- **Notes field is present.
- **Ticket number is not numeric.
- **Owner name or company name is required.
- **Valid Driver's License Number and State are required.
- **Invalid Driver's License Number and/or State.
- **Address is required.
- **City is required.
- **The state abbreviation entered was unrecognized.
- **Zip code is not numeric.
- **Lessor is required.
Ticket validations:
- **Ticket not found.
- **Ticket is on a payment plan.
- **Lessor is not blank.
- **Hearing dispo/reason is not blank.
- **Violation notice sent over 60 days ago.
- **Ticket is not valid for update. Ticket Queue is XYZ
Having issues uploading a file?

How do I check size of file before uploading?
You may upload a file upto 5MB in size. To check the file size before uploading,
right click on file and select properties. The file size must be less than 5242880 bytes.
