  • Effective 1/13/26, motorists will have three opportunities to default on a Standard and/or Hardship Payment Plan before being prohibited from enrolling in these payment plans with the City. In this instance, a motorist can still set up a payment plan with the assigned collections firm or agency but will be responsible for 22% in collection costs. Motorists who have received three defaults may still participate in Early Payment Plans and apply for the Clear Path Relief Program.
